Tori Ketterling is the founder Elite Concierge Nursing, LLC and brings years of clinical nursing experience caring for patients across a wide range of healthcare settings. Her background includes inpatient/outpatient hospital-based nursing care, emergency department nursing and in-home care, where she developed strong clinical assessment skills and a deep appreciation for providing compassionate, patient-centered care in the comfort of a person’s home.

Tori created Elite Concierge Nursing, LLC to bridge the gap many patients and families experience in healthcare. She specializes in providing personalized post-operative recovery care, in-home support for older adults who wish to remain safely at home, and professional nursing services for individuals who need skilled care outside of a traditional medical facility.

In addition to direct patient care, Tori works with local businesses and attorneys as a nurse consultant, providing medical insight, record review, and clinical expertise to support decision-making and case evaluation. Her experience allows her to translate complex medical information into clear, practical guidance.

Tori is known for her calm presence, strong advocacy for her patients, and commitment to high-quality, individualized care. Her goal is to ensure every client receives attentive, professional nursing support that promotes healing, safety, and the best possible quality of life.
